Sole Spirit for Hospice......

Join Team Hospice in the Belfast City Marathon 2008!

Have you registered for the 2008 Belfast City Marathon? Northern Ireland Hospice is appealing to local people and marathon enthusiasts to enter relay teams to raise awareness and support for the local charity.

This year Hospice faces the ongoing challenge of securing enough funds to ensure that the 3,000 adults, children and young people with life-threatening and life limiting-illnesses living in Northern Ireland receive the care they deserve.

As a Team Hospice runner you'll get all the support you need every step of the way including a fundraising pack with tried and tested fundraising hints and tips; a Team Hospice t-shirt – so we can spot you in the crowd; regular updates and support on how to use online fundraising to equip you with meeting your target.

As you cover each mile, be motivated by the thought that every pound raised helps care for adults, children and young people with life-threatening illnesses across Northern Ireland.

Join Team Hospice today in the Belfast City Marathon on May, 5th 2008 and help raise the much needed funds for hospice care. Northern Ireland Hospice doctor Dr Harold Johnny, comments, “Without the support of generous people who take part in events like the Belfast City Marathon, hospice care would not be possible.”
