Over the weekend of 1st & 2nd December 2007 volunteers stationed themselves at the entrance to 24 Tesco Supermarket outlets offering children's hospice Reindeer Food for sale to shoppers.

The weekend has proved to be a great success having raised to date £9543.85.

Special thanks must go to members of the Hospice Support Groups who gave up their time to fundraise over the weekend and to Tesco staff for looking after the volunteers so well.

Reindeer Food will still be available for sale in Tesco stores until Christmas Eve.
