Nadine Coyle Sprinkles the Magic for Children's Hospice |
Local girl and international pop princess Nadine Coyle from Girls Aloud who is an ambassador for the children’s hospice is urging adults and children from across the province to pop along to their local stockist and purchase a sachet of the magical mix of glitter and oats to help the children’s hospice raise their fundraising target.
Nadine, a loyal supporter of the children’s hospice has her own very special reasons for wanting to see the hospice raise many thousands of pounds this Christmas to continue their work caring for life-limited children from across the province. Speaking about the launch and the work of the children’s hospice she said, “I have first hand knowledge of the amazing care that the children’s hospice offers to children and their families, as the children’s hospice has been providing care to my friend’s child back home in Derry over the past few years. I know from my friend that there is no price you can put on the value of this support to a family coping with caring for a seriously ill child day and night, and the respite care my friend’s child receives means she can get precious time to get on with the normalities of everyday life like doing her shopping and being there for her other children.”
Nadine continued “I really do hope that every parent and grandparent across Northern Ireland goes out and buys some Reindeer Food for their children and grandchildren this year. Reindeer Food is such a lovely idea and I know kids really enjoy the magic of it and the story around its use. I am really proud to be supporting the children’s hospice Reindeer Food and I hope it makes many thousands of pounds for them”.
