Local Celebrity Opens Santa's Grotto
Santa made a special visit to Hillmount Garden Centre last week to check out his grotto which officially opened for children to come and visit him with their families on Saturday 25th November. Waiting to greet Santa on this special surprise visit was Stephen Nolan from BBC N.I. who took the opportunity of an exclusive interview with Santa.

Stephen reports that "Santa is particularly excited this year about his grotto at Hillmount Garden Centre as it is so very magical and sure to be a treat for all the family and especially the children that get to visit"

Stephen Nolan added "this Christmas the Hillmount Santa's Grotto will be raising money specifically for two worthy causes; Northern Ireland Children's Hospice and the Fire Services' National Benevolent Fund. This makes it even more special that you support it. Last year a total of £16,000 was raised from the grotto for the two charities involved and I am hoping that this year they will raise even more for their good work"

The grotto will be manned by volunteers from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Services and Northern Ireland Children's Hospice and it will be open from 2pm on Saturday 25th November.
